Essential Tips To Prevent Roof Damage:

  1. Clean Gutters and Downspouts.
  2. Make sure the drains and scuppers are free from weeds and trash.
  3. Make sure the tiles or shingles have not been moved, broken, or missing as a result of wind.
  4. Make sure your roof coating is not worn.

One of the most important things when selling your home is to have a roof that is in great condition. It helps significantly with the sale of your home. It is also one of the first things a buyer looks at through a roofing contractor in their due diligence period when they are under contract to buy your home. If your roof needs help, reach out to a Roofing Contractor, keep your receipt, and make sure you disclose any roof issues to your listing agent. Any defects in your home including the roof will be found in a home inspection.
