Collaborative learning has demonstrated an ability to build high-level cognitive skills in young people, as well as supporting individuals' self-esteem and confidence. According to?research, UK adults found that leadership is by far the most important skill for a manager to possess (47.85%).??

LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK?

Leadership and teamwork play a critical role in collaboration. A good leader can inspire and encourage team members to work together to achieve their goals.?

Some ways you can demonstrate your leadership and teamwork are by encouraging communication and transparency. When team members feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas, it can lead to a better understanding of everyone's strengths and areas of improvement.

This can include team members being given the freedom to express themselves and their opinions being valued.?

You can also demonstrate your leadership and teamwork by:?

Working in different areas of the business gives young people the opportunity to develop their leadership and teamwork skills, helping their personal development.?
