I consider myself a terrible reader, yet I love to read. Some people find me strange, but I particularly like business books and tend to read them and listen to them on audio. Here are some of my favorites.

Lots of companies talk about culture but words are nothing without action.

Operational excellence is critical for executing strategies effectively. Understanding the mechanics of operations helps streamline companies and achieve goals efficiently.
- The Four Disciplines of Execution by Sean Covey
- Lean Startup by Eric Ries
- Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time by Jeff Sutherland
Foundational Knowledge
Foundational knowledge provides the basics upon which innovative and successful companies are built. Understanding these principles can guide strategic decision-making.
Recommended Reads:
- The Innovator's Dilemma by Clayton Christensen

Negotiation is a crucial skill in business, whether you are closing deals, securing partnerships, raising funding or recruiting top talent. Mastering this skill can significantly impact your success.
