AI in the workplace: The critical role of soft skills

How are you approaching the use of AI at work in the coming year? For many employers, HR leaders and L&D teams, 2025 will be the year to prioritise AI training. Soft skills such as critical thinking and emotional intelligence bridge the gap between technology and human expertise. They’re required to ensure AI is used thoughtfully, to evaluate the relevance and value of what is produced, and that it aligns with organisational objectives.

One of the tactics outlined in the article was investing in digital learning software for personalised learning to help close soft skills gaps and enhance leadership training.
