We at Fermat Prime Enterprises Pvt Ltd believe in building partnerships and taking them forward with great pride. While it is important to ensure that you are on the same page as your partner, let’s share with you how we have been able to build these bonds successfully over a period of time.

While expanding, we have always been looking for certain characteristics in each of our associates before joining hands with them.

·????????It is the gut feel that says, ‘Yes! We can join forces’. There must be a feeling of positivity and mutual trust. These are softer skills but our belief is that they are very crucial in determining the success of our long term association.

·????????It might be surprising but people (now our associates) have always been in touch with us since long before they even joined. This gave them a comfort of knowing us in and out before taking a similar call for themselves. We always encourage conversations for building trust. It is like having a nice courtship period before actual commitment to work. Hence, no decisions ever made in hurry or haste.

·????????There has always been clarity of thoughts & a clear communication about the roles, responsibilities and expectations are set right in the very beginning on both sides. Where on one side, the organization commits to provide every sort of support required by the associate; on the other side, he is also always expected to maintain his integrity and ‘Client First’ attitude in his profession.

We believe that every person has a different skillset and strength and can deliver well in that specific area. We always endeavor to harness that strength and bring out the best in every person. It is beneficial to explore a trait/talent in the person with whom we wish/plan to join hands. The idea is to nurture that talent so that he could bring something new or fresh to the table which could add value to the organizational set up.

Hence, the biggest strength in a partnership is the acknowledgement of the talent of the associate. It makes absolute sense in keeping our egos behind and put to bat or nominate the one who is most suitable in fulfilling a particular responsibility. It then becomes a win-win situation as every ingredient adds up in the making of the final delectable dish.

Taking another example, it is said that a Pilot and a co-Pilot together fly and navigate the aircraft successfully. Same is the case of a business whose baggage is shared by the partners who wish to deliver on their commitments for building a successful business set up.
