I’m tiny as a bird now. If you want to get to your data quickly you may be tempted to jump on the bar and yell “Tinybird!” at the top of your lungs. Tinybird is a real time data analytics platform that helps your team solve complex real-time, operational, and user-facing analytics use cases at any scale. Tinybird makes it easy to import data from a variety of sources, use SQL to filter, aggregate, and join that data, and publish low-latency, high-concurrency RESTful API endpoints. You can build and manage your Tinybird data projects just as you would any software, using version control.

You can check out, but you can never leave. The U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Adobe alleging that the company deceives consumers by hiding the early-termination fee and making it difficult for people to cancel their subscriptions. In the complaint, the DOJ says Adobe pushed consumers toward the “annual paid monthly” subscription without informing them that canceling the plan in the first year would cost hundreds of dollars.

Workin’ for a living, at a different company. According to a PWC survey of the global workforce , the proportion of workers who expect to switch employers in the next 12 months is higher than that from the "Great Resignation" period of 2022. Around 28% of more than 56,000 workers surveyed by PwC said they were "very or extremely likely" to move from their current companies, compared to 19% in 2022, and 26% in 2023. The survey results didn’t address how many survey respondents were going to chose to leave their current company.

Apple fought the law, and the law won. European Union antitrust regulators have accused Apple of violating the bloc’s tech rules , potentially leading to a substantial fine. The European Commission, responsible for antitrust and technology regulation, announced its preliminary findings following an investigation initiated in March. That move marks the first charge under the Digital Markets Act (DMA), a law designed to curb Big Tech’s dominance and foster fair competition. Apple could face fines of up to 10% of its global annual turnover if it fails to address the concerns.
