Essence of Leadership

When ever I delegate a task ,I NEVER tell people how to do things. I only tell them what to do and they generally surprise me with their ingenuity.

I call it DIRECTIVE style .....providing direction....providing Wings .....Vision ....enabling my Team members to Soar high...having faith in their own ability. The sense of achievement during this process is Highly infectious.
