Leadership is the most intriguing human activity. People who lead may not be the most talented among us but they all share one attribute. This attribute is their ability to convince others that they are capable of leading and comforting others. The leaders that become legends are those who really believed in goodness and helping others, those who were only good in convincing others but did not have the faith in goodness, end up catastrophically as dictators and cause disasters. Be careful when you listen to good words and even see good deeds. We need to dig deeper into the person to see the underpinning ethical code manifested in there hidden behaviors.
