I have migrated the previously on the Visionary Art Gallery published article about the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism to my own website, with additional features and more information, relevant links and images.

Visit this page here THE VIENNA SCHOOL - it is, as far as I know, the only comprehensive article about this art movement in the English language. I had access to the most important sources, which are all in German, such as the book by Johann Muschik, where I translated key passages together with my own observations. Initially, this was a paper I submitted for Art History at my Alma Mater, the University of Lethbridge, in 1980/81. Since then I expanded it several times with additional information.

I am thankful to the late Rudolf Hausner, whom I visited in M?dling near Vienna, Austria, at his estate back in 1980. He supplied me with a lot of valuable material.
