Can I write about all those things? You may have noticed typically I choose three things and just let the words come out like a good brainstorming session. I just write without judgement of bad or good words accepting all even misspelling. I then organize later. I think of three points on a plane. The center of which is very specific and my starting goal but so often I stray from the plan or path. My straying when I was young went nowhere. Now it seem somehow it ends at the pointed almost by accident. I have faith that will happen and it does but what if the starting goal and point is wrong! Maybe it just takes longer to get there and I think about humanity and when I was young.

My best leader in business was an unexpected good fellow. I would have never guessed him when I was young and a poorer judge of things. As I recall he had one skill that dominated the other skills he possessed. He asked you questions in a way that clearly communicated he wanted true answers and not lies. You trusted him and told the truth. You would even argue your opinion in the face of danger. I suspect you already know I don’t need much encouragement to do that but I do know when I am supposed to nod my head in agreement. All you leaders out their let me tell you a secret all your employees know when to nod their heads in agreement.

True wisdom must be allowed to argue with foolishness that is how you know which is which. The problem is you will not know correctly if your pride is in the way! You may not even let them argue but say “Your Fired” much like the leader that coined that term.
