ESFA UPDATE ACADEMIES : 1 JUNE 2022

The June ESFA Update has now been published containing all the latest information and actions from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) for academies, colleges, local authorities and further education providers.

The update includes information for academies about:

• Covid-19 mass testing funding available for schools and colleges that have incurred exceptional premises related costs. Guidance on the funding can be found here
• The additional ￡1b announced by the government for a Recovery Premium time limited grant over the next two academic years (2022 to 2023 and 2023 to 2024) aimed at supporting the most disadvantaged pupils whose education has been impacted by Covid-19, for information click here
