Escaping Depression!

Yes... It's an important topic and after the death of Sushant Singh, I somehow feel that we have started pondering more about this!
Everybody gets depressed, it's just that their level of depression might vary!
Some can cope with it, Ignore it, bear it or best deal with it, Some are less fortunate to succumb to it!
I admit I cannot go through what Sushant must have felt before taking that drastic step, I certainly have a few tools under my sleeve that help me stay positive most of the time!
Depression is not a new thing for me and I have been experiencing this occasionally from childhood.
The bad thing about a Brain is that it tends to amplify whatever you think on a broader level. It is like a projector flashing all the things that can go wrong on your Mind's screen.
The good thing about having a Brain is that It makes you realise that this thing is happening and finds a way to deal with it!
While going through that phase, in the end, you tend to start thinking or rather getting pulled to think positive. (Or At least you wish for it since you are drained from thinking what all with go wrong).
Books helped me get through this phase. Reading Motivational, Inspiring books gave me a direction.
But the Secret which (I Believe) Keeps me away from this is listed below,
1. Do The Dean Graziosi's 7 Level Deep Exercise. It will transform the way you live.
2. Take Back your Mornings. If you start your day with looking at Mobile, responding to tweets, Emails, Posts etc,
3. You have lost your control over your brain. It's over!
Meditate at least for 15 minutes every day. It is all about cooling your Processor down, Getting it to room temperature!
4. Gratitude exercises are one of the most important Mood stabilizers I have ever experienced. Think about what you have, where have you reached not what you don't have! Just thinking about this gets you in that Peace Zone.
Your Morning Routine if followed with Self Affirmations, Gratitude and Exercise can help get back the control.
Taking a break once a while (No Mobile, No Work, Just Chilling) and not thinking about work all this time is also a Powerful Mood Booster, I have discovered.
We are experiencing so many things in our day to day life, Different Situations, Fluctuating Emotional scenarios, Meeting new people, facing New Challenges, Being Happy and Depressed are the two results we have to face. They are inevitable.
So Why not face them Consciously. Why not work on creating a Super Strong shield-like mind against depression.
An idle reactive mind gets ambushed by it but A Prepared Mind is Alert, ready to take on this phase!
Try these things, They have helped me and they will help you too!
