The Easter holiday is just around the corner. It's a beautiful occasion to reflect, spend time with family and friends, eat delicious food and make memories together. That being said, sometimes it's nice to have a few minutes to withdraw from all the hustle and bustle.

62 Variants Via One Global Tool - Grundfos Shows Us How It's Done

Who doesn't know this lovely part in a data process: the familiar Excel files! ?? At Grundfos, numerous individual price lists - many of them in Excel files - were created due to different approaches in the various countries.

This led to an uncontrolled variety. Thankfully, #Grundfos already had #Laudert as a partner in the DACH region and was using the SAP CX Commerce Cloud on the system side.

???? The price list project was approached with a clear objective: All price lists were to be created on the basis of a central master.

?? A challenge: the master was to contain all products and product numbers sold by Grundfos worldwide so that they could then be extracted according to the country specifications.

Together with Thomas Heuchert from Grundfos and Michael Giesen from Laudert, we were able to immerse ourselves in the project and find out how this project ultimately became a success.
