Escalation—Urgent Action Required on Lenovo India’s Poor Product Quality and Support

Hello everyone,
We are escalating our horrible experience with @LenovoIndia and want to loop in all relevant officials here. @LenovoIndia has been delivering pathetic quality with their desktops, and their customer service is unacceptable!
We recently procured 15 i5 desktops with GPUs and 10 i3 units from Lenovo. Out of the box, 5 motherboards were faulty, requiring multiple visits and replacements. Despite escalating the issue multiple times, Lenovo has failed to provide timely support. Their response rate is extremely slow, and issues continue to remain unresolved even after a month.
To make matters worse, the team has no understanding of basic hardware needs, such as GPU-enabled motherboards needing specific adaptors and cables. We are still waiting for a DP to HDMI adaptor — this should’ve been sorted at delivery!
Lenovo is clearly outsourcing support without proper checks, showing no urgency or care for customer satisfaction. Their third-party support team, including Wipro, is equally ineffective, with no one stepping up to fix the issues at hand.

We’re tagging all concerned officials to take immediate responsibility and fix these problems without further delays. This is unacceptable, and we will continue escalating this until we see proper action.

1 个月Yes, the service of them nowadays is quite pathetic, even their service center is not able to resolve the issues effectively. To rectify the small things they take multiple weeks. They are not similar to the Brand like HP. Received a horrible response from both OEMs.
