The possibility of an full-scale Israeli ground invasion of Lebanon has become increasingly likely following the escalation of hostilities in September. More than one million people have been internally displaced, and over 100,000 Syrian refugees and Lebanese people have crossed into Syria.?Israeli air strikes have killed over 1,600 people and injured 8,000 since October 2023. We analyse the crisis impact, highlighting key humanitarian developments.
