Hello Everyone,
ERP is the most integral part in Business part of view. Many of these failed implementations involved split between customer and software vendor/partner. Studies have shown that selecting the wrong product in the first place is a main driver of the ERP implementation failure rate.
My point of view is very clear first understood the customer workflow , analyze it up to the depth of your Product knowledge, then consider selling point view ....
Don't show eagerness to sell ERP product which hamper customer way of approach towards you.
Most companies don’t do this ERP selection frequently, they prefer product to survive at least for 5 to 10 years compared to total cost of ownership. (TCO)
Be assertive in every word while you speak in your presentation.
Emphasize on Quality and competiveness of your product which help them to recover Return on Investment. (ROI)
Keep Smiling :) Keep Selling :)
Thanks :)
