What do all of the most successful landing pages have in common? They are persuasive in all the right ways! Here are 6 tips that will up the ante on your landing pages:


  1. You have to imagine that everyone has an invisible sign on their forehead that reads, “What’s in it for me?” Be sure your page is in fact about value for them, why will this make them happy, and not about how amazing you are
  2. Your words should resonate with them as caring and empathetic. Make it an understanding and friendly page
  3. Social Proof is key. Your audience may think sure he/she can do it but you're the expert. Having a peer say yes this is good, is sometimes all the validation they need to make a buying decision
  4. Be clear and concise. This is powerful because if it doesn’t have to be over-explained it means it’s really good!
  5. Statistics are another great form of proof. You can argue with numbers. There is no emotion in numbers. Show stats, use info graphs, there is strength in these kinds of numbers
  6. Ask for the action, the opt-in, the sale.


People look for leadership.
