Erasmus+ Training Course "Inclusion Through Entrepreneurship"

Nowadays the access to entrepreneurial knowledge is very limited during the classic traditional education. During in this period in Bucharest I had the opportunity to get to know and improve my knowledge in this, very though, topic. I understand lot of dynamics an entrepreneur face everyday and the usage of different skills and tools that are necessary in this field.

Main goals and objectives:

Being civically engaged

- Exploring the dimensions of youth entrepreneurship;

- Improving understanding of social entrepreneurship;

- Improving the capacity to act upon opportunities and to turn ideas into action with value for NEETs;

- Debating social issues and their relation to hate speech;

Networking and advocating

- Funding opportunities for start-ups in different countries and at the EU level through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme;

- Different business supporting programs and activities implemented by Impact Hub Romania;

- Working collaboratively with partners from the business world through building strong networks to support youth;

- How to design a business plan from the initial idea to impact evaluation;

- Learning responsibility and a strong work ethic;

- Business collaboration skills;

Assessing and evaluating

-Assessing and monitoring the development of the initiatives by young entrepreneurs;

- Enhancing risk management skills;

- Taking initiative and in critical thinking and problem solving;

- Entrepreneurial thinking, which entails critical and creative reflection;

- Developing a business idea in terms of time management, planning, evaluation, and budget management;

- Foreseeing potential problems and having a good overview of the financials and regulations concerning the business project;

Designing programmes

- Key concepts such as business modelling, design thinking and business planning;

- How to formulate SMART objectives;

- How to establish a business from the initial idea to the final customer,

-How to raise awareness of the importance of personal and professional values to start one's own business;

- How to provide support to assist young entrepreneurs to gain access to suitable financial products such as grants, crowdfunding and microloans;

- Successful business plan writing that is SMART and attracts investors;

The Training course was developed and implemented in cooperation with partners?from?people for each country: Latvia, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Romania and Spain.
