This erosion manifests in various detrimental ways, including high employee turnover, plummeting morale, and significant damage to the company's reputation. As leaders, it is our responsibility to recognize the profound impact that such negative behaviors can have on our teams and the broader organizational ecosystem.

The responsibility for addressing and rectifying workplace toxicity squarely falls upon those of us in leadership positions. It's easy, albeit misguided, to point fingers at the hiring process or to single out individual employees as the root cause of such issues.
