The Era of Bullying Is Coming to an End

Soon this dark stain on our humanity will be behind us. And as the clouds clear, we'll discover something new about ourselves. That whoever wants to be really powerful in the new era, must be a force of good. We're also going to discover that you can't force people to be good. We'll need to acknowledge the futility of our current limited state, and agree to be "reformatted" together. Why was it limited? We thought we had control over other people but all that was only external. No one can control what a person thinks and feels. No one can own what another person thinks and feels. We're going to have to want to be better, and create appropriate environments for getting there. Especially in the business world we're going to have to redefine the whole concept of leading and managing other people, because clearly we've been doing it all wrong. No matter how powerful you are, you can't force people to think the way you do. From now on, what's going on beneath the surface of our polite relationships will determine the true value of the company.

I hope that this war is the last war where we watch a bully destroy the infrastructure of a nation, since clearly it is impossible to succeed in this manner. What do we get out of it? Absolutely nothing. Buildings and vital assets were destroyed, but the incredible spirit of the people was not broken. So we can see how we're evolving and how these old tactics no longer have any place in our world. The more developed part of humanity can no longer control each other by sheer force. It's really over. We need to reach new types of connection.

We need to very quickly reach a point where no human has control over another. And then we'll come to the realization that there never really was control over what goes on inside people, their true essence. Throughout our history, it was all only external control.

We need to understand that the whole world wants to stop agreeing with the old method of one country controlling another country. The time has simply arrived. History has brought us to this. We need to very quickly reach a point where no human has control over another. We'll have to go through these stages and and hopefully we will get through them quickly. And no longer wanting to control others will finally give us a taste of freedom. Because all those negative tendencies we have in us will finally be replaced with having good intentions toward others.

A New Kind of War

The wars where we use weapons to kill humans need to stop. Let there be other types of wars, intellectual wars, internal reflection, as much reflection as possible into the workings of the mind and our emotions. Just as there are conflicts among intellectuals or scientists for example, with all the bad feelings and jealousy involved. But these won't be wars where we cut off the other using force, and not giving them a chance to live. But rather we want to deal with the issues between us out in the open, to verify who is justified in their thinking. This is how we'll learn to correct our intentions and thoughts for our fellow man. Not by destroying others, but by verifying the correct way forward together. This is what the transition to the new era is all about.

By doing these things we'll start receiving a positive reaction from nature, and begin feeling that we are capable of having these better ties between us, and how much it advances us. We can be better to our fellow humans and begin understanding everything that is happening in our world. Then we'll understand that we've been living in a bad dream up until now, and that the bad dream is over. We'll discover that the world is good. That's what we have to look forward to.

Listening To One Another

Did you ever notice that we are the only creatures here that can actually talk to each other? We can discuss things, air our perspectives, reach agreements, envision a better future together - that's what makes us human. But since the human ego is growing, it's become very difficult for us to listen to one another. So we're going to have to consciously override our egoistic tendencies that are blocking our good connection, by learning to listen to others in a new way. This is how to generate a positive flow above our natural tendencies, and why my Connection Workshops are so powerful. The integral method doesn't delete anything - good or bad. We simply learn to take things up to the next level so we can create that positive flow between us. It's not rocket science, but since the ego naturally resists this process, for every step forward we take two steps backward. So we're going to have to create environments that keep us glued to the goal of connecting in the most optimal manner, because none of this will come naturally.
