2 个月It is essential for schools to ensure that all stakeholders feel valued and respected. Building relationships and creating an environment where everyone can thrive regardless of their status in the school is key to developing and strengthening collegiality. The meaning of Inclusion should not be restricted to catering for special needs students only. An Inclusive school ensures that non academic issues are catered for and all children and adults feel safe and secure around familiar and non familiar faces.
