This week marks the 16th annual celebration of apprentices… it’s?National Apprenticeship Week!
The purpose of this week is to ‘shine a light’ on the positive contributions that apprentices can bring to all organisations. The theme this year is ‘Skills for Life’. By embarking on an apprenticeship, an individual should hope that the business they are supporting will also support them in developing skills for the future.
We can often focus on the practical skills needed to be successful at work and forget the essential ‘soft skills’ that are essential to thrive.
