The Equality Entrepreneurship Forum 2025: Presented By RizingHer - The Coalition Of The Extraordinaari
Think about how people have weaved the narrative around successful women so far. Oh, they’ve struggled so much. Oh, they had to break through male-dominated spaces. Oh, they were seen as weak and soft and vulnerable. Oh, nobody?listened to them or took them seriously. Oh, they’ve broken barriers and ceilings and cliffs and escalators. All of these are valid struggles that many women have had to deal with and overcome.?
But, why is it that the journey of a successful woman has to be seen through the position of weakness? Where the focus has just been on barriers, challenges, and systemic biases??A lens that makes us pity women and feel superficial sympathy? Those might be real, groundbreaking, and important conversations to be cognizant of. But, they may not tell the full story!
Conversely, how about a lens that looks at successful women from a position of strength? An event that truly celebrates women who’ve made it? An event that explores how women have actively changed this, splashed around in a stagnant pond and actively transformed the status quo?
Enough with the narrative of struggle. Women may have gone to enough conferences to discuss common challenges and pain points. It may have become an ad nauseam over time.?
Now’s the time to celebrate strength and change & how these can be competitive edges. A space to amplify those strengths. An event that captures how womanhood can be an advantage in business, investments, and leadership. How women could leverage their distinct perspectives, leadership styles, and networks to build successful ventures, introduce interesting practices and initiatives, generate solid returns & cement their influence. Instead of asking for a seat at the table, explore how these women are building their own tables.?
That’s why, for its annual?equality-focused event,?RizingHer is curating? The?Equality?Entrepreneurship Forum 2025: Presented By RizingHer – The Coalition Of The?Extraordinaari. This will take place on 7th March 2025 in Delhi?to commemorate International Women’s Day.?This is in partnership with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and supported by DSP Mutual Fund and IDFC First Bank.
This would be a women founders and women investors cohort that would have real, meaningful and tangible insights to explore how to build businesses, scale operations, raise capital and achieve success & if there’s a role that one’s womanhood has played in shaping all of those. This event, in many ways, would be one big networking and mentorship session, as well.
Here’s a way to educate, inform and inspire.
Stay tuned for more details.
