We are excited to announce that EPTA Global has become a signatory to the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), reinforcing our commitment to advancing gender equality in our operations and initiatives.
By aligning with the UN WEPs, we join a global network of over 5,000 companies dedicated to taking meaningful steps to promote women's empowerment. In our company, which operates in the white goods, automotive, and metal industries, women make up a significant part of our workforce. The Women’s Empowerment Principles, known as “Equality Means Business,” are a collaborative effort between UN Women and the United Nations Global Compact. They provide companies with a framework to advance gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community. Key areas include equal pay for equal work, gender-sensitive supply chain practices, and zero tolerance for sexual harassment.
