EPROM and Alexandria Engineering Syndicate Sign a Cooperation Protocol in the Fields of Engineering Training & Career Development.

The Egyptian Projects Operation & Maintenance (EPROM), headed by Eng. Hossam Asaad CEO & Chairman and The Alexandria Engineering Syndicate, headed by Dr. Mohamed Hisham Saudi, has signed a cooperation protocol in the field of engineering training & career development. The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Tarek El-Nabrawy, Dean of the Engineers Syndicate of Egypt, Dr. Mustafa Al-Hadary, Secretary-General of the Syndicate, Eng. Mohamed El-Saady, Head of the Engineering Sciences and Training Committee, Ms. Gihan El-Angbawy A. General Manager for Research & Training development, and Eng. Ibrahim Abdullah, Assistant General Manager for Training at EPROM.

The protocol aims to provide specialized training programs to develop the engineering technical skills and career development plans to work on national and regional projects according to the latest international standards.

Eng. Tarek El-Nabrawy expressed his pride in this cooperation, stating, "The signing of this protocol comes within the framework of the Syndicate's strategy to support its members by providing leading training opportunities, especially with a distinguished partner like EPROM, which has extensive experience in managing and operating large projects."

Dr. Mohamed Hisham Saudi also praised the importance of the protocol, saying, "We are committed to continuing our efforts to qualify engineers to be at the highest level of professional competence to keep pace with market needs, emphasizing that the protocol represents a pivotal step in supporting Alexandria engineers in developing their technical and engineering skills."

For his part, Eng. Hossam Asaad explained that EPROM works on developing human capital and managing vital projects that include oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and gas stations, adding that this partnership will contribute to raising the efficiency of engineers in line with the requirements of the industry.

Dr. Mustafa Al-Hadary, Secretary-General of the Alexandria Engineers Syndicate, also expressed his happiness with this partnership, considering it a fundamental step towards enhancing the capabilities of engineers.

Ms. Gihan El Angbawy confirmed that the company provides many training programs to meet the technical needs inside and outside the Egyptian petroleum sector, both locally and regionally, to achieve the desired return on training.

Eng. Ibrahim Abdullah, also expressed his happiness with the cooperation with the Syndicate, emphasizing EPROM's efforts to activate the protocol in a way that serves engineers in developing their capabilities, which led them to provide a number of training grants during the third engineering job market forum.

Engineer Mohamed El-Saady, confirmed that the protocol is an addition to the Syndicate's plans to provide advanced training opportunities that keep pace with technological developments in the oil and industrial sectors, and that the Syndicate will announce these programs soon.

The signing of the protocol took place on the sidelines of the third engineering job market forum organized by the Alexandria Engineers Syndicate at the Engineers Club through the youth and job qualification committees headed by Engineer Basil Yasser, the engineering sciences and training committee headed by Eng. Mohamed El-Saady, and the public relations and media committee headed by Eng. Mohamed Saeed.
