THE EPITOME OF HATE!

NO verdict given in a US court of law stands out with hatred for doing the right thing as the one rendered by a white judge in the case of the survivors of the Tulsa massacre. White US citizens burned the property of their Black citizens to the ground, a fact no one can deny, although the government tried to keep it a secret for more than one hundred years. In the USA, injustice is administered to Black People easily as the air we breathe.

Sylvester Magee, the last surviving of the dehumanizing slave business, died in 1971, the same year one of my sons was born; he and anyone who was enslaved was never compensated. He was born before Texas seceded from Mexico and became a US state; he experienced all the atrocities of the 1850s to 1971, including the North Carolina Coup, November 10, 1898, the Slocum massacre, July 29, 1910, the Tulsa massacre 1921, the many lynchings, and a few years of the crooked Nixon administration. Black People built several communities under adverse conditions and were never allowed to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

One hundred and two years after Tulsa, injustice is once again the most essential part of the White agenda. Black People were brought here as slaves, and no matter how they tried to improve their lot, the US government and its white citizens, including the courts, would never allow justice for them. The white agenda, the courts, and economic stagnation kept Black People at the bottom with no hope of ever rising. Black prosperity would be a danger; Black People have built without help the communities whites destroyed; what will be the lot of white people if Black People prosper? The competition would knock whites out of the park.

Slavery is USA history and must be taught. Every aspect must be discussed. The unpaid labor of Black People turned the colonies into an overwhelming juggernaut. American history and its prosperity are intricately tied to the suffering of Black People. Until the USA government accepts that the blood and sweat of Black People are crucial in the building of the USA, the USA is spewing hate. And that hatred comes in many forms:-not being fully human, written into the constitution, owned as property, and murdered at will. Slaves' children served as bait to alligators. Black People were lynched, castrated, and burned at the stake. If that is not the epitome of hate, someone must explain hatred to me.

The hatred ran so deep that the government did nothing to white people who burned Black Communities. The injustice system acquitted the criminals involved in those dastardly acts. In 2023 the court laughed at the three Black People over one hundred years old who had lived through the Tulsa massacre. They sued for something no American historian could deny, yet a white judge promptly dismissed the case. Yes, this is the nature of the USA's targeted hatred for the descendants of the Black People whose blood, sweat, tears, and unpaid labor made the foundation upon which the USA was built.
