"The LinkedIn person Hour" is a series of the Linkedin live programs. Its main goal is to remove the gap between experts and fresher and the relationship between experts and fresher. Experts share about their career life so that fresher can know something and apply their career life and they give some opportunity for the fresher. So we can say that ensure it is a good platform for fresher and student.

"Transforming work-Life via Email"?is the second episode hosted by khan farhana and our guest was Devayan Chakrabarty sir.

In this episode, we discussed how important email writing is to our careers. In our daily lives, we receive and send a lot of emails for various purposes. Email writing is important in the present day.

He discusses how to send emails in a timely manner. How will it work and what will it look like. We can choose which emails are important and which are not. He suggests that we separate folders and put our important emails there. So that we can quickly find out our important emails asier.

Email management is a vital part of our work lives. We can sometimes see whether an HR manager has seen our message. Tracking is a technique that we can use to make our work life easier.

The four conditions in particular are:

1. If no replay - we can time set up. Gmail gives instructions and notification after 7 days if no seen message.
2. If no click- just attachment click
3. If no open- full body open
4. Regardless -After 2 days give feedback.

For example, we can use a notepad for remainders and colored pens for important emails. A number of important features are used in email writing especially when writing a cover letter. It is important and required for our working life. We sometimes use complex words in standard writing. This affects our careers. South India, South Asia, and many other countries use standard writing. Although China and the United States do not like complex words at this time. It's time to use simple words. It's time to use different things in different contexts to establish a career.

Here are two approaches to discuss:

1. ABC Approach: It is a fundamental thing of email

• A for accuracy
• B for Brevity
• C for clarity

2. Traditional and modern approach: Traditional approach is complex work and the modern approach uses a simple words. Folder creates by label option-click. In this process, we can make multiple folders. So we can say that email writing is vitally important in our career life.
