In this episode, I talk about a topic that comes up a lot: What to do when the culture of your school, education setting or organisation does not mirror your values. 

  I do conflate culture and context a little bit in this episode (forgive me) but essentially I wanted to dig in to the subject of feeling uncomfortable in a setting and to give you some ideas to navigating this terrain.
