"Initially I felt that culture was things like ping pong tables and free popcorn, because that's the experience I had," shares Vajre. "But then you get a quarter where numbers dip and all of a sudden you realize that there's only one culture that thrives – a culture that is a winning culture. As soon as numbers dip you find the reality of what's happening; the ping pong table just isn't culture."

For Vajre, building a winning culture at legendary Atlanta marketing hub, Terminus (by DemandScience) , began with identifying the need to hire for mindset rather than just skillset. The key to success, he shares, lies in building a team of people who bring the inventor mindset to every project. From there, the rest will be history.
