Episode #1- Conversation with Gail Logan

Purpose and Authenticity are two main attributes that define the blueprint of leadership at any level. The more significant questions are how one should define the purpose of your leadership and Authenticity.. how much it is good and at what level it starts to back-fire.

Gail Logan is a Leadership Coach who helps results-driven women in tech to become incredible leaders both in the UK and internationally. She works with both individuals and organizations to help them deliver exceptional results and maximize the performance of their teams.

Gail has extensive experience in the fast-paced world of technology and has worked for some of the world's biggest brands, including Adobe, GE, and Fujitsu. It included heading up Adobe's Customer Care organization, where she supported a $1bn business across the EMEA region.
