EpilMe is the first diode laser that’s as effective as a solid-state laser for hair removal at any age and for all skin types and most hair colors.

As EpilMe heats up hair, it destroys the hair follicle, bulb and both primary and secondary germinating layers, cutting off the growth cycle and strongly reducing the possibility of hair regrowth.

The device emits a 808 nm wavelength chosen for its ability to deeply penetrate the skin while maintaining a high selective absorption rate by melanin.?

Its distinctive Contact Cooling System creates a thermal difference between the epidermis and hair follicle to minimize epidermal damage. This advanced system ensures a constant temperature of 1oC–a number unmatched by any other device on the market–and optimizes patient comfort.

Total versatility

EpilMe offers three operation modes and highly adjustable fluence and pulse duration thanks to a 4,000 W optical power output.

Paint mode lets providers reduce hair density on large areas of the body. It’s especially useful for patients sensitive to pain.

Stamp mode delivers high fluence in a short pulse–the perfect combination for patients with thin, low-density hair.

Burst mode divides each shot into a series of micropulses, allowing the safe treatment of darker skin phototypes (Fitzpatrick V - VI).
