For leaders, this crisis is both a challenge and an opportunity. Workplaces can either exacerbate feelings of isolation or become a sanctuary of connection and growth. Wholeheartedly agree Helle. There is a lot of science that backs the need to create connection with those we lead. Whether we are online or in person, the intentionality of connection is so important. Forcing or having people in person to call it connection has proven empty time and time again.
