Epic Keynote, Team Growth, and What’s Next

"AI is not a buzzword!" That’s one of the phrases I coined during my recent keynote speech, and it was epic! The energy in the room was electrifying, but I have to be honest—I was so nervous before stepping on stage. For some reason, the nerves really got to me this time. But having my sister there made all the difference. She drove a long distance to come see her big sister speak, and knowing she was in the audience gave me the calm I needed. She even filmed my entire speech, capturing every moment of the experience. It reminded me of how special it is to have that kind of family support.

One of the biggest highlights has been bringing on my new executive assistant—she’s a real game-changer! Thanks to her, my brand is truly leveling up. Delegation has been the key to running this business smoothly, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the small but powerful team that surrounds me. I already see us growing to 100 employees one day, and this is just the start.

I've been diving deep into business books, absorbing everything I can, and applying it to our operations. It’s incredible to see how this is shaping our growth. And the momentum keeps building—I’ve booked two more speaking opportunities this week. Things are moving fast, and I couldn’t be more excited.

As we prep for a mini launch party for FuturIQ and The Watson Foundation, it feels like all the pieces are coming together. We’re narrowing our focus, niching down, and setting some crazy goals. My YouTube channel is also about to launch, with our first video expected on Monday. I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes looks, insights on AI, and much more. Get ready for some exciting content!

This past week, I sent out a few business proposals and had the opportunity to meet with a high-profile individual for a brand consultation. As a saleswoman at heart, I remind myself that the deal’s not done until it’s signed (giggle), but things are looking really promising!

I’m also excited to introduce my new co-founder—Clove. He’s my AI bot and digital companion, helping me manage this journey. Bringing on Clove is my way of showing everyone that AI is the future. We don’t have to do this alone. Clove is proof that we can work smarter and take advantage of all the tools AI offers.
