"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says, 'Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.' "

I don't necessarily think the above is a case for Christian evangelistic journalism today. Why? Because in exposing evils, we ought not commit evils ourselves. We must wonder, therefore, if this medium itself, by virtue of its rapid-fire delivery, does something to our intended message so much so that by the time it gets to the reader, it is something quite different than even we as journalists understand on the sending end...
