EPFO Update

HR Updates:

There have been several instances where employees have encountered problems transferring EPFO claims and existing dates, which are actually needed for withdrawals or transfers of whole funds to another company's EFO account. In spite of repeated reminders to HR and compliance teams, no proper action has been taken, resulting in many employees suffering and struggling as a result of a lack of EPFO information.


Here, I sharing some important information with all of you.


1. Now, employees can put their exit date through the UAN login itself, just make sure you are at least 2 months removed from your last working date at your previous organization. (Go to basic details and check mark exit)


2. In the event your transfer claim has been pending for a long time with your former employer and they have not responded or approved your transfer request at the portal, you have the right to send a grievance email to EPFO with all reminders and basic details of your UAN at?https://epfigms.gov.in/?(for employer/PF/pension grievances).


3. If your grievance has already been registered and grievance is pending for more than 15 days or in case you are not satisfied with the quality of the grievance redressal please revert back to EPFO with your registered EPFiGMS reference number and the specific grievance on:?[email protected].
