Beaulieu Industrial Site Deconstruction: EPC DEMOSTEN Model of Circular Economy??
Our team from EPC DEMOSTEN has successfully led the meticulous selective stripping, asbestos removal and deconstruction of the Beaulieu site in Bousbecque (France). This project serves as a benchmark for implementing circular economy practices in industrial deconstruction.
A key achievement of this remarkable project is the revalorization of 90% of the site’s materials, which were redirected for reuse while the remaining 10% was integrated into recycling streams.
This sustainable approach demonstrates how circular economy principles can be successfully applied in deconstruction projects.

Purging by Explosive Rock Excavation with EPC FRANCE!??
Since 2019, our team at EPC FRANCE has been working on the cliff securing project on the road at La Rochaille (France). This project’s goal is to improve road safety by constructing 6 rockfall galleries to protect against falling stones and blocks.
The team is now reinforcing the cliff using explosive rock excavation. This impressive and precise technique effectively removes unstable blocks while preserving the site's integrity.
