Strengthening our SHE practices across the Groupe!??

The core SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) team gathered to reflect on safety initiatives and align on future strategies. This global meeting provided an opportunity to analyze safety and environmental KPIs, and celebrated this year’s major successes, such as risk reduction and the onboarding of new collaborators. They also prepared for upcoming challenges in 2025, including adapting to new regulations and advancing sustainability efforts.

This session reinforced our shared vision and encouraged the team to continuously improve daily practices, ensuring even higher standards across the Groupe.

Depot Managers’ Day at EPC FRANCE ??

A few weeks ago, our 12 explosives depot managers gathered in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, France, for two impactful days filled with knowledge-sharing, commitment and collaboration.

This annual meeting explored several key themes: immersion in our factory to discover each stage of production, exchanges of experience on the challenges faced by the different sites, optimization of logistics flows for smoother transportation and essential updates on regulations and safety practices.

This meeting was fully in line with our continuous improvement approach for an ever more efficient and safer future!

Q3 2024: EPC Groupe confirms growth!??

EPC Groupe reports a +2.2% revenue growth, reaching €412.1M for the first nine months of 2024. The core Explosives and Drilling & Blasting business contributed €327.6M, nearly 80% of total activity, with a growth of +4.6%.

Strong growth in Africa and Asia Pacific highlights our international success, while our commitment to sustainability is recognized with the EcoVadis Silver Medal. Looking ahead, we expect a rebound in urban mining post-Olympics, creating new opportunities in high-potential markets.

These results reflect EPC Groupe’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
