EPA Hub is an alternative recruitment solution to the expensive, traditional recruitment agencies or even posting adverts on generic job boards. On EPA Hub you can advertise, attract and search for EPAs directly - on a platform that was specifically built for EPAOs and EPAs to find eachother.

The spreadsheet has not been updated since November 2022, so it is great to see its release and the recognition of another 9 EpAOs: Advance Assessments, Assessu, Besafe Training Limited, Chartered Institution of Railway Operators, Fashion and Retail Awards, Institute of Conservation, ITC First, Marshall Assessment Limited, The Army Catering Training Trust.

Exciting new role as Head of Delivery Services
At Training Qualifications UK, we are growing like never before. The Head of Delivery Services is a vital position in the business and will be accountable for the delivery of external assessments, End-Point Assessment, and the external quality assurance of our growing portfolio of qualifications.

Innovate Awarding will once again be at this year’s Annual Apprenticeship Conference (13th?& 14th?March) with their popular cocktail van. The team will be on hand to talk about what’s new in the EPAO industry.
Innovate have expanded their portfolio as they enter the creative and digital market with three new standards:
L7 Game Programmer
L3 Content Creator
L3 Production Assistant
These much sought after standards offer creative and digital teams the opportunity to showcase their skills in a variety of ways.
The team are also offering new Qualifications such as Understanding Menopause in the Workplace.
Menopause has a huge impact on the working life of both men and women and can result in more sick days and absence. Companies with a robust Menopause Policy and specially trained staff can help mitigate absences and ensure a comfortable working environment.

Alongside the above, Charlotte Bosworth will be presenting a seminar on the role of EPA and Quality.
On 14th?March at 2.45pm, Charlotte will share her expertise on:
“The role an EPAO has to play in improving Quality in Apprenticeships”
How we ensure Quality in our EPA service is part of our DNA at Innovate Awarding. We’re committed to providing a quality service to all our clients, but what does that actually mean? And how can we all help to ensure quality meets the needs of Employers, Training Providers and Apprentices?
This session looks at what can be done to provide a benchmark and framework for quality across EPA services.
