This is the first Q&A Episode for The Leadership Pod. The question for this episode is, “How Can I Get Noticed and Rewarded for the Great Work That I Do?”.

Being overlooked, feeling under-appreciated, working harder and longer than everybody else but getting no reward for it is a common issue for many emerging leaders. So I knew that this would be the perfect issue to talk about in the first Q&A episode.

In this episode, I first take a deeper look at this common issue for emerging leaders, then give some solutions you can try, and then talk about what you can expect to happen when you solve this issue at work.
