Surely Japan has not adopted agile. I don't even know if we have a will for that...Takes time for a perfect plan and by the time the plan is there the project is no longer needed. Very much detail-oriented, group-oriented, and full of 気遣い (caring) called Omotenashi in the workplace. In such an environment, it's hard to come up with something innovative ??
