EOIs open for our Pillar Two Global and Domestic Minimum Tax Working Group

We are preparing to commence our next phase of consultation shortly. We’re now seeking expressions of interest from organisation members and advisors to be involved in the Pillar Two Global and Domestic Minimum Tax Working group. In particular, we’re asking for participation from those who may be impacted by the new measure.?

The working group will be focusing on key elements of the administrative framework to support the measure including:

?????? Providing feedback on proposed domestic return requirements.

?????? Looking at resources and systems for multinational enterprises in response to the new measure.

?????? Understanding ways the ATO can support implementation through public advice and guidance.
