11 个月Very True. There is a huge gap between what academics offer and what is the industry requirements as far as safety is concerned. Probably, this is also a system factor that is a constraint in making our young generation 'FUTURE READY'. Safety Culture inculcation in the academic schedule will definitely play a HUGE role in achieving a safety MIND SET and ultimately make our Industries a safer place and also help in driving 'ZERO' Accidents. So, a step in strengthening our academic curriculum will definitely bring about a 'MASSIVE' safety culture transformation - WAY TO GO. ??

Under such state of conditions, we are not endangering ourselves but also inducing to invite both physical and financial problems for our family and eroding our national economy and growth too. This can be handled up to a great extent by adding safety as a subject in our both academic and professional education syllabus which can inculcate a culture to respect safety rules among us in our day today life for the well being of not for us and our family but for our nation too.
