Position: Maintenance Technician

Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm-6:30am)/ Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs

Office Location: Moreno Valley, CA

Pay: $22-26/hr

Placement Type: Contract Position for 6 months (Possibility of getting hired on directly after contract term)

Maintenance Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regularly service and maintain industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Apply lubricants such as grease and oil to machinery components to reduce friction and prevent wear and tear.
• Identify and analyze mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty components, ensuring machinery is restored to proper working condition.
• Perform thorough inspections of machinery and equipment to detect potential issues early and prevent breakdowns.
• Support the setup and installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacements, to ensure compliance and track equipment history.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess their own set of tools necessary for performing maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated mechanical skills and experience in a mechanical role, showcasing the ability to handle various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to safely climb ladders up to 30 feet, ensuring access to elevated machinery and equipment for maintenance and inspections.
