How do you define an entry-level position?
In the last year, I have shared entry-level jobs from the net with the Facebook community I manage ?????

What do I mean by "my definition"?
Experience is often required for consulting and organizational development jobs. Even a lot of experience.
You need to gain the trust of your client in order to charge him/her for an hour-long consultation. In order to achieve this, you need experience, education, and skills.
Organizations trust you to build and lead broad and complex organizational processes when you have experience, understanding, and familiarity with them.
How do you gain experience? It takes time.
I post learning developers positions in an OD group for this reason. It falls under the department of OD and learning.
The more you experience and grow in the organization, the more opportunities you will have to switch to or do more OD processes.
Nevertheless, Experience is also required for this entry-level job, as I called it. It is always necessary to have experience.
So where do you begin?

While applying to a placement company, during my undergrad studies, I was asked if I had sales experience.
Having worked for a clothing store after the army gave me this experience. My command experience as an officer translated into management experience as a shift supervisor.

In my interview with 英特尔 as a master's student, I was asked if I had experience recruiting. As a placement company employee, I had it.
When I was interviewed for an organizational consultant position in the Israeli Air Force Force as a master's degree graduate, they asked if I had consulting experience. I did, because I accompanied managers in recruitment processes and advised them.
Each step of the experience was built on top of the previous one.
As a shift manager at a clothing store, I never imagined it would contribute to anything. Nevertheless, it was helpful.
The skills I acquired while instructing aerobics as a student also helped me be
accepted at John Bryce as an office instructor. it enabeled me to move to the
training team at Intel after a year and a half in the recruitment department.

We create experiences with everything we do. A wise approach is to demonstrate its relevance and its application to the field that interests us.
I can't think of a master's degree graduate who hasn't experienced anything.
Make the most of the study period to gain experience. Make it relevant and diverse at the same time.
Take the skills you learn and transform them into professional abilities.

Therefore, whoever asked why learning development and training jobs appear in my OD community has their answer.
To all those who did not know how to get started without experience, I hope this will help them acquire all sorts of experience and also to translate and adapt it for the rest of their careers.
