Entrepreneurship: Robbing People's Bliss?

Entrepreneurship: Robbing People's Bliss?

Remember when you could turn the knowing off? Me either. Once we learn and understand something about ourselves, the world, and a sense of being, we cannot simply turn it off.

Think back, before you started your entrepreneurship, what were you ignoring that created simplicity and compliance? I'd imagine whatever you were ignoring within yourself is why you became the entrepreneur. You started to listen and honor your values, and sense of self, loving yourself. Your relationship with yourself has evolved. Fast forward, you look back and think, I cannot unknow what I know to be true.

Just like we can't unknow that our past gets us to where we are now based on experiences and lessons learned. Do you ever think to yourself, "Ignorance is bliss" ? Sure, to some degree we all think this way. Now, what about the people we serve through our entrepreneurship? What are we robbing them of?

Robbing is the metaphor, it's not exactly robbing us/them. In actuality, the robbing could be viewed as showing enlightenment, a way, or perspective. We often tend to resist new understanding and a way of thinking out of fear and not knowing what to do with "it" all.

The whole essence of entrepreneurship for the self is mental capacity development. Constantly evolving and learning new skills. Do you view your skills as robbing someone of their "ignorance is bliss" who you serve, or for your sanity?

Entrepreneurship: Robbing people of their ignorance is bliss. Either way, it's bliss, yes?
