As a dexterous serial entrepreneur , I’ve seen many considering factors such as quality of information, relevance, credibility and team rapport as the top four focus areas in current times. These aspects have helped entrepreneurs stay ahead of the pandemic curve and hone their inherent nature of determination and perseverance. While the margins have been notoriously thin for those encountering the Startup scene, reliance on the investor funding has also been in the red zone. Despite the best ideas, sustaining the company through these times has proven that Entrepreneurship is not an endeavour intended for the faint of heart!

Building a business has indeed not been an easy task in 2020…most startups leaped from one crisis to another. Expand your network through Linkedln / Facebook and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs. These groups could be community or industry-based, don’t forget to participate thereby adding value to your skills and new dimensions to your horizon. Whether it is referring a new client, an investor or just someone to vent about the challenges of running a business…no one can empathise with your situation better than another entrepreneur.

Accomplish A Business Plan To Solve something meaningful

The new year has identified many gaps that need to be plugged in our lives and the society. Think about a business plan that fixes a problem in the current state of affairs. Follow the trends and build a solution for satisfying the need across generations. Be driven with passion and instinct rather than your mission / vision statement from the pre – pandemic era. ?

Set Realistic Goals & Celebrate Small Achievements.

Setting the right expectations and goals leads to creating a long-term vision. By organising time and resources, you can make the very most of your time and live a motivated life. Once these goals are set, it is important to measure the steps you are taking and celebrate even the small wins.

Hence, find a mentor who can guide you in creative problem-solving technique …a way of solving problems when conventional thinking fails. Find fresh perspective and set yourself objectives to assess your company's processes and procedures; Look for loopholes and brainstorm ways to overcome them.
