We live in a world full of people who promise you instant success with minimal effort. The reality is far simpler yet more demanding: achieving success requires consistent, focused effort over time. It’s about mastering the fundamentals and applying them diligently.

To have success there are no shortcuts, magic formulas, or quick fixes. Success in any field, especially in building a company, is a long, arduous process. It requires dedication, hard work, and perseverance. If you're looking for a get-rich-quick scheme, The Oil Venture isn't for you. But if you’re ready to commit to the journey and put in the effort, The Oil Venture will serve as your guide.

Through determination and hard work, I built an oil company from scratch. In less than a year I went from an idea to a company with more than 70 employees. In the process I won two oil bidding rounds, and secured services contracts to produce oil from three fields. I can proudly say that I am one of the few people who have managed to create an oil company literally from scratch, competing with some of the big players in the industry.

I aim to share my story and the lessons I've learned along the way. The advice you'll find here might not always align with popular opinion, and some may even find it harsh. But in my experience, success in entrepreneurship requires facing hard truths and making tough decisions. It’s not about being unkind, but about recognizing that avoiding difficult choices often leads to bigger problems down the road.
