Entrepreneurship Is Not For Everyone

Entrepreneurship is a high-growth road. It’s not for everyone.

If you get on that road, be prepared to encounter lots of obstacles and lots of resistance. If you go offroad, it’s up to you. Don’t look to your left or to your right.

Yes, you will get some support here and there but at the end of the day, the buck stops with you.

Entrepreneurship is a long journey. It’s a journey where you will have success, you will have failure.

Many of the lessons and the maturity of my leadership and management has happened as a result of me doing everything wrong.

But through those ups and downs, you learn to adapt, you learn through your experience, you adjust, you apply, you change, you grow, you get stronger.

How do you think that happens? It ain’t gonna happen because it’s been a sunny day every day while you’re trying to do things.

If there’s no opposition and resistance, how are you gonna get stronger? How are you gonna grow?

All adversities you encounter along the way are all important. You just have to have self-awareness.

When there’s real money, real time, real efforts, real consequences on the line, you will GROW.
