Entrepreneurial Sprint #5

As Spring #5 concludes I have some great news and information regarding my team, The Ville Auto Detailing. We completed our first test run interior detail Wednesday Night. We took note of some things and as whole took a lot away from what we need to do better moving forward. We plan to put only 2 team members at each interior detail as that is what's most efficient and works the best. During this detail, our cleaning drill died so it definitely made the whole process longer. We still need a few more supplies but we will purcahse them with the money we made off the detail. At the moment, our details are starting at $45 and going up based on the size of the vehicle. (Smaller the vehicle smaller the price and Larger the vehicle larger the price).

Moving forward we need to start marketing on social media and make sure all details are during the day because at night it was too hard to hold flashlights and still clean. We also plan to charge additionally for a large and harder to remove stain such as, eggs, coffee, blood, food, etc; That will vary according to size of stain and location.
