This Entrepreneur Has Everything She Needs

When my client first reached out, she had a specific goal: shift her primary income from art sales to running workshops, ensuring her art remained a passion, not just a means to an end.

She had built an impressive online following and a robust email list and knew there was opportunity all around her!

However, she needed support to build and launch a membership program that generated Monthly Recurring Revenue and needed some infrastructure to offer several other programs and experiences.

All while maintaining her sanity.

First, we created a Profitable (?).

We took her vision for the membership and made it a reality. We developed the positioning, messaging, deliverables, and infrastructure using her existing software. Then, we optimized her sales process, blending major and minor launches tailored to her strengths and passions. This approach stabilized her revenue and allowed room for growth without overburdening her.

Then, we created her Fulfilment Freedom Process(?).

We automated and delegated key processes, making her business operations smoother and more efficient. As the revenue from her membership grew with each launch, she made two key hires to help remove the roles and responsibilities dragging her down. Both roles now help with business growth - one to support the implementation of the launches and one to focus on client retention.

There was massive proof of her success when she realized her annual tax bill was the same as her revenue from her first year in business!

Despite all the success she is achieving, our talk last week revealed that she is at the crossroads to scale.

Dread and overwhelm overshadow her drive to expand her business beyond $20K months.

She feels trapped in a cycle of over-commitment, unable to envision scaling without adding more work.

But for me, it's super exciting. As her revenue grows, so do her options.

So now, we are exploring new key success drivers and discovering new growth opportunities without increasing her workload.

This will likely involve a strategic investment in advertising to reach more of her ideal customers—those eager for what she offers.

She is also being encouraged to delegate more and enhance her team's roles to manage the draining tasks so she can focus on what she loves: teaching and engaging with her students.

No new offers. No massive overhauls of business models. No new branding. No new website. Just putting more people into her proven systems.

She has everything she needs.

These are the women we love to invest in. These are the moments where, if she wants, she can take a loan from us and benefit from the mentorship that comes with each loan.

I am curious to see what Road (to Seven Figures) she chooses, so for now, I relish the honor of being along for her journey.
